Frequently asked questions
How far in advance can I make a reservation? +
Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and holiday periods. Cancellations occasionally open up short-notice availability — call us directly if you're hoping for a last-minute table.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Yes. Please note any dietary requirements when booking — allergies, intolerances, preferences — and our kitchen will adapt accordingly. We accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests fully, and our chef has years of experience making these adjustments without compromising the experience. Shellfish, nuts, gluten, and dairy are all present in our kitchen.
Is there a children's menu? +
Ember & Ash is best suited to adult guests. We welcome older children who are comfortable with a long, multi-course dinner, but we do not offer a dedicated children's menu. Please call us to discuss if you are planning to bring younger guests — we want to make sure everyone has a wonderful evening.
Can I bring my own wine? +
We do not permit outside wine. Our cellar of 400+ labels has been curated specifically to complement our menu. We are confident our sommelier can find you something perfect at any price point. Corkage is not available.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $75 per person fee, as we will have prepared for your visit. We understand that life happens — please call us as early as possible if circumstances change.
Do you offer gift certificates? +
Yes. Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased by calling the restaurant or emailing hello@emberandash.com. They are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be applied to any charges including food, wine, and service.
