Do you charge to come out and diagnose?
Standard-hours diagnostics are $89, and we credit it in full toward any repair we do. After-hours emergency diagnostics are $149, credited the same way. You'll never pay to be told a price.
Are your quotes really flat-rate?
Yes. Once you approve the number, it's locked — parts, labor, and cleanup included. If we misjudged the job, the overage is on us. That policy has cost us money exactly as often as you'd hope.
Do you sell equipment on commission?
No. Our techs are paid salaries and quality bonuses, not a percentage of what they sell you. When a $40 capacitor fixes it, you'll get a $40 capacitor.
How fast can you actually get here?
Same-day for most calls placed before 2pm; emergencies average about 90 minutes door-to-door. Summit Shield members go to the front of the queue.
Is the work warrantied?
Repairs carry a 2-year parts-and-labor warranty. New system installs carry 10 years on parts and 3 years on our labor, transferable if you sell the house.
