About Summit
The crew behind
the calls.
Two brothers, two trucks, and a bet that people would pay fair prices for work done right. Sixteen years later, the bet's still paying off — for us and for the valley.
Our story
Started in a garage.
Stayed honest on purpose.
Marcus and Leo Calloway started Summit Mechanical in 2009 out of a rented garage bay in Ardenfield — Marcus fresh off a decade as a commercial HVAC foreman, Leo a master plumber tired of watching his employer upsell widows on equipment they didn't need.
The founding rules were simple: quote the price before the work, pay techs salaries instead of commissions, and answer the phone at 3 a.m. ourselves until we could afford someone who would. Those rules haven't changed. The garage bay has — it's now a 22-truck operation with a parts warehouse, a training floor, and a dispatch desk staffed around the clock.
What hasn't scaled is the thing we're proudest of: the median Summit customer has called us four times. Nobody calls a contractor four times unless the first three went well.
What we believe
Four rules,
zero exceptions.
Show up
On time, in uniform, with the parts. The window we give you is the window we keep.
Flat rate
The quote you approve is the invoice you get. Surprises belong at birthdays.
