What counts as a task?+
A task is a single action executed by a workflow — for example, sending an email, updating a CRM record, or posting to Slack. Triggers and conditions don't count.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade, the change is immediate. If you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit my task limit?+
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. At 100%, workflows pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We never charge overage fees without consent.
Is there a discount for non-profits?+
Yes — we offer a 50% discount for registered non-profit organizations. Contact us at nonprofit@nexusai.io with proof of status.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. After 30 days, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
